  Our journey begins at the Xizhi Youth Travel Spot, the perfect gateway to exploring the town's century-old glory. We will unveil the history of Xizhi (formerly known as "Shuifanjiao"), once a bustling and vital hub for water transport along the Keelung River, showcasing the town's unique origins shaped by the water.

 旅程從汐止壯遊點出發。這裡不僅是集合地，更是探索汐止百年風華的門戶。我們將為您揭開汐止（舊稱「水返腳」）作為昔日基隆河水運樞紐的繁華歷史序幕，感受這座小鎮與水共生的獨特起源。

10:00 – 11:30 | Old Street Cultural Walking Tour (老街文化走讀2H)

Local Feature Highlight: Strolling through Xizhi Old Street is like stepping into a time machine. We will visit the century-old Jide Temple, home to the revered "Soft-body Mazu," admire the elegant Baroque-style architecture of the Su Mansion, and breathe in the warm, woody aroma of traditional hand-made incense at Mingde Tang, witnessing the spirit of local craftsmanship.

漫步汐止老街，彷彿走入時光隧道。我們將參訪擁有珍貴「軟身媽祖」的百年濟德宮，欣賞建築典雅的巴洛克式古厝「蘇大老第」（蘇厝），並在明德堂香舖感受傳統手工製香的溫潤木質香氣，見證傳統工匠精神。

11:40 – 13:30 | Local Flavor Meal & Culinary DIY (在地風味餐品味與手作體驗)

The true flavor of Xizhi is hidden in its bustling alleys. You will not only get hands-on experience making "Ang Ku Kueh" (Red Tortoise Cake)—a traditional pastry symbolizing blessing and longevity—but also savor the renowned local "Eight Treasures Glass Noodles," experiencing Xizhi's heartfelt hospitality and vibrant culinary culture.

汐止的味道，藏在街頭巷尾的煙火氣中。您不僅能親自動手體驗象徵祈福與長壽的傳統「紅龜粿」製作，還能品嚐在地著名的「汐止八寶冬粉」，用味蕾感受汐止最真摯的待客之道與豐富的庶民飲食文化。

14:00 Sharing & Itinerary Recap (分享與行程回顧)

Surrounded by the warm atmosphere of the Old Street, everyone will gather to share their touching moments of the day—from cycling along the Keelung River and the heritage walk, to making traditional Ang Ku Kueh and urban sketching. Before we dismiss, we will write and paint our own scenic postcards together.
