Taiwan's coast feels closer to the world than to the island.
Wind-carved sandstone headlands above the Pacific. A working fishing harbor at dawn. Tidal platforms. Small fishing boats heading out. This is the Taiwan a backpacker feels — the Taiwan of "I really lived there." We walk it, eat what's there, and let the coast do the talking.
台灣的海邊，離世界很近。
東北角的風、漁港的早晨、海蝕岩台、小漁船——這是 backpacker 會感受到的台灣，是「我真的住過那裡」的台灣。我們走完它、吃當地的東西，讓海岸自己說話。
