1.內容雙語化：科學無國界 魚類介紹。由海大教授或雙語助教進行英語導覽，讓外籍青年能跨越語言 障礙，參與高含金量的科學實作。

2.國際社群串聯：校園與社群並進 (1) 校園端：與「國立臺灣海洋大學國際事務處」合作，優先邀請校內外籍 生及交換生參與試遊。 (2) 社群端：利用Instagram (Hashtag #KeelungTravel) 及國際背包客社團，推 廣「一日海洋科學家」體驗。

3.沉浸式文化體驗：漁港裡的國際沙龍 舉辦「Global Harbor Night」，在喜舍咖啡進行交流。讓外籍青年分享自己國 家的海洋文化，並體驗台灣獨有的「職人手沖咖啡」與「在地海鮮」，用味 蕾與對話打破文化隔閡。

行程安排:

09:00-09:30【集合與導讀】 地點：喜舍咖啡 (船邊) 內容：正濱漁港歷史簡介與行程說明。

09:30-12:00【大師領航：學術海釣實作】 地點：基隆外海 內容：搭乘遊艇出海，結合潮汐與洋流知識，進行生態海釣體驗，並針對釣獲魚種進行棲息 地解說（學術性導入）。

12:00-13:30【海味午餐】 地點：船上或港邊 內容：享用在地海鮮餐盒。

13:30-16:00【漁港裡的生物課】 地點：正濱漁港海產街/魚市 內容：食魚教育源頭認識。由魚販職人帶路，教導學員辨識魚種習性、棲息環境，並觀摩職 人處理漁獲的過程。

16:00-17:00【漁港夕陽走讀】 地點：正濱漁港周邊 內容：和平島地質公園或彩色屋周邊文化導覽。

17:00- 賦歸 內容：行程結束

09:30–12:00 | [Master-Led Navigation: Academic Sea Fishing Practice] ???? Location: Offshore Keelung Content: Board a yacht and head out to sea, combining knowledge of tides and ocean currents for an ecological fishing experience, with habitat explanations for each species caught (academic integration).

12:00–13:30 | [Ocean-Flavored Lunch] ???? Location: On the boat or harborside Content: Enjoy local seafood bento boxes.

13:30–16:00 | [Biology Class at the Fishing Harbor] ???? Location: Zhengbin Fishing Harbor Seafood Street / Fish Market Content: Fish education at the source. Led by professional fish vendors, participants learn to identify fish species, their behaviors, and habitats, while observing the artisans' process of handling the catch.
