一、活動簡述 Activity Overview

馬祖老酒手作走讀結合聚落走讀、文化導覽與老酒調味手作，帶領參與者深入了解津沙聚落的歷史、人情與釀酒智慧。透過「看、聞、品、做」的沉浸式體驗，重新認識馬祖最具代表性的文化符號之一「老酒」。
The Matsu Old Wine Craft Walk & Workshop blends a village walk, cultural storytelling, and hands-on wine crafting. Participants explore the history, traditions, and brewing wisdom of Jinsha Village through an immersive journey of seeing, smelling, tasting, and making—reconnecting with one of Matsu’s most iconic cultural symbols: old wine.
