- Cancellation by the Organizer: A full refund will be provided, and participants will be notified of further arrangements.
- Cancellation due to Weather or Force Majeure: If the event cannot proceed as scheduled, participants may choose to postpone or receive a full refund.
- Cancellation by the Participant: Cancellation 14 days before the event: Full refund. ｜ Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund. ｜ Cancellation within 7 days before the event: No refund.
- Refund Process: Please provide your registration details and refund account information. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
