--Refund Policy

If you are unable to participate after making payment, refunds will be processed according to the following rules upon notification:

Refund Rules

(1) If cancellation is made 21 days before the departure date, 80% of the fee will be refunded after deducting administrative costs.

(2) If cancellation is made 2 business days before the departure date, 70% of the fee will be refunded after deducting administrative costs.

(3) If cancellation is made 1 business day before the departure date, 50% of the fee will be refunded after deducting administrative costs.

(4) No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after the day of departure.

If the activity must be canceled due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances, the full registration fee will be refunded.

Participants who provide false information (such as incorrect age or personal details) will not receive a refund once verified.

Participants who fail to show up, leave during the activity, or separate from the group without permission will be considered to have forfeited their participation and will not be eligible for a refund.
