09:30-12:00【Guided by Masters: Academic Sea Fishing Experience】 Location: Off the coast of Keelung Content: Sail out on a yacht for an ecological sea fishing experience integrating knowledge of tides and ocean currents. Includes habitat explanations for the caught fish species.

12:00-13:30【Seafood Lunch】 Location: Onboard or at the harbor Content: Enjoy a local seafood lunch box.

13:30-16:00【Marine Biology Lesson at the Fishing Port】 Location: Zhengbin Fishing Port Seafood Street & Aquatic Animal Center, NTOU Content: Introduction to "fish-to-table" education. Led by professional fishmongers, along with professors and graduate students from the Department of Aquaculture at National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU). Participants will learn to identify fish species, their habits, and habitats, and observe professionals processing the catch.
