Participants step into Emei Lake, the Shitoushan trails, tea plantations, and citrus orchards. They measure the land with their footsteps, observe ecosystems with their eyes, and breathe in the aromas of tea and fruit. Nature is no longer just a backdrop, but the main character. This multi-sensory experience helps relax the body and mind while enhancing environmental awareness and empathy.

Tea farmers, fruit growers, and local lifestyle practitioners guide participants through the processes of tea making, citrus cultivation, and traditional rice-based foods. Through hands-on participation, participants come to understand that culture is not something to be displayed, but something lived. This fosters respect for labor and a deeper appreciation of local culture.

Activities such as mochi making, traditional rice-based food DIY, tea tasting, and citrus harvesting connect ingredients, seasons, and culture. Participants use their hands to carry home memories, seasonal rhythms, and local flavors. This tactile learning approach transforms abstract cultural knowledge into lived experience, strengthening sensory memory and practical skills.

SUP water activities, lakeside hiking, campfire gatherings, and BBQ games encourage collaboration, sharing, and self-challenge across generations. These activities not only promote physical well-being but also build trust, coordination, and a sense of community through joyful interaction.

The program is designed around a slower pace, allowing participants time to observe, reflect, and feel. From tea picking and processing to crafting and lakeside wandering, each moment becomes an opportunity for self-dialogue. This encourages participants to discover their own rhythm and develop an appreciation for the aesthetics of everyday life.

From tea leaves to tea aroma, from farming to crafting, each activity integrates local culture, tea traditions, and regional cuisine. Participants do not simply listen to stories, but learn by doing, gaining insight into the philosophies and values embedded in daily life. This fosters cultural identity and practical wisdom.

Families, youth, and elders participate together, engaging in shared activities, communication, and mutual support. This cultivates respect, inclusiveness, and collaboration, allowing participants to experience how culture and nature can bridge connections across generations.

Through trail walking, orchard harvesting, and tea plantation experiences, participants learn how to care for nature and understand ecosystems and seasonal cycles. This strengthens environmental awareness and promotes sustainable living, seamlessly integrating recreation with education.
