About the Yuli, Hualien Youth Travel Spot

The Yuli, Hualien Youth Travel Spot is organized by the Taiwan Star Youth Association for Creative Services—a group of passionate young people who love exploration, adventure, and making new friends.

We have been engaged in rural education services in Yuli for a long time. During our time here, we were deeply moved by the region’s genuine hospitality and natural charm. We hope to share that beauty with more people by leading meaningful travel experiences for youth.

Established in 2023, our association serves the Taitung and Hualien regions. We are committed to activating youth potential in action, learning, innovation, and professional skills. Through deep local engagement and understanding of community needs, we work hand-in-hand with residents to promote regional development and transformation.

Our association not only focuses on rural revitalization but also actively trains young people. Through a “co-working and co-learning” model to cultivate social awareness and professionalism, encouraging them to participate in community affairs and become key agents of rural revitalization.

Our core target covers lifelong education, health promotion, ecological sustainability, cultural and artistic preservation, and industrial innovation. We aspire to infuse local communities with youthful energy and creativity, ultimately realizing the vision of regional revitalization and highlighting the unique value of Taiwan’s eastern lands.
